Fred
You keep adding stuff and you won't make it to OSH this year or next! Mine
are per factory and after 7 years may have some dirt on them but are working
fine and are easy to inspect for corrosion etc.
If it's not broke why fix it?

All flying monwheelies,

I'm wondering about the advisability of protecting the rudder cables
---From potential muck and moisture where they run through the wheel well
by encasing them in some kind of tubing.

Is there anyone out there who wishes they had?

Or anyone who regrets doing so, and if so, why?

Is anyone aware of any downside to doing so?

Or is this just another non-issue which might prompt the comment,
"Fred, just build the plane!" ?
