I used the "brilliant" idea put foreword in the instruction to stretch
the springs. Getting the "banana curve" out of them by a small bit of
hammering on the bolts. The springs just dropped in place, one handed.
easy.

Subject: Europa-List: Mod 71
For those of you about to undertake Mod 71, I just finished mine
today. The
instructions are pretty good except
to let you know it will take more than one person to install the Mod.
I had
2 friends helping out and it still
took a coupled of hours and a lot of hard work. The springs go onto
the top
easy enough but the sterch to the bottom
is a real bugger. Have a long crow bar or some way of streching the
spring
down onto the lower attachment ready when you
begin the job.
