Are you using the Europa outer or the mc clutch outer as well as the mc
clutch inner cable.

I have got thoroughly fed up with the thin supplied inners for the
throttle
cables and have replaced them with motorcycle clutch cables which work
perfectly and DO NOT KINK!
They will push the throttle open even without the spring.
