Now that you have determined the source of carbon monoxide I have become
interested in pursuing the idea of harvesting cabin heat from the air
outlet. I was wondering how effective this is. Its so darn cold up here in
Wisconsin that I have stopped flying the Europa. The biggest source of cold
air is coming from the back though the control sticks and ends up blowing
air on your thighs and it gets pretty miserable. If it wasn't for that I'd
be able just wear a sweater and get by.
I have just fixed my latest "aw shit". I had to remove the localizer
antenna from the floor to the roof because it was getting shaded and I was
losing the signal as I turned on to final. Anyway I was removing some
fiberglass tape with a paint scraper and went straight through the side of
the fuselage. Needless to say I was pretty irrigated, but its back from the
paint shop and you would never know.
