I've gone for the Redtop25 for my 914 tri. The same battery seems to be
available with different labels from various sources.

I now need to source a battery for my 912S trigear. I have a fairly full
electrical fit with radios, txpdr, GPS etc and wonder what you flyers are
using. Earlier postings are vague on the subject and the only thing that I
have gleaned is that I need 16ah minimum and RG batteries appear to have the
nod. The factory sold Red Top and Yuasu but Aircraft Spruce has not added to
my knowledge on this subject. My battery is going into the back of the plane
so weight (as ever) will be an issue. Your thoughts and advice please. Steve
