I have received a few squawks from people unable to get into the
Europa Club members-only area, despite having submitted a User ID &
encrypted Password and waited a week for activation.
If you're sure you have followed the guidelines for construction of
these items (no spaces, etc, etc), please get in touch with myself or
with webmaster Jeremy Davey, letting us know what browser version you
are using, and describing as well as you can the symptoms you are
experiencing.
