I am pleased to report the first flight of Europa #236 built by Russell Lister.
ZK-RJL took to the air at 10:21 NZDT Tuesday 8th October (21:21 UTC Monday 7th
October) at the hands of Tony Krzyzewski.
After three further solo test flights and an hour of familiarisation on the
aircraft, Russell soloed his aircaft 24 hours later.
The grin on his face will be there for quite some time.
ZK-RJL is a 912S powered Classic with Airmaster prop. It has had all the
available XS mods fitted to it and should, by rights, be called an XS... it
certainly performs like one!
