Lighting

I know this one is not permitted yet, but given that it is possible that PFA
Permit planes will be allowed night privileges in the future, I'd like to
look at the possibility of putting the necessary lighting - or at least
provision for it - on my monowheel.

Does anyone happen to know what the detailed requirements are in terms of
position, visibility angles, power, etc.?
