When you are saying NSI has an electronic rev limiter you are obviously
refering to the engine not the prop. If the pitch was set too fine you
could hit the rev limit with less than full throttle giving less than full
power. It is probably best to have the setup just prop limited ie. the rpm
saturates at slightly less than the rev limit with full throttle in the
take-off/go around scenarios.
