Another problem with replying to the whole list is that some personal
information not intended to be public, may be included in the message.
This
happened to me once, I sent a password to someone... except it went to the
whole list.

Also unless it is made clear in the replies it is not obvious who made what
comment in the first place. eg with this e-mail you would not know that I
am replying to one sent by Mark. Perhaps it would help others to pick up
the thread if we could indicate who sent the initial message rather than
just having forum@europaclub.org.uk.
