I used this primer and found it very good. It is epoxy so that is good. 
Easy to flat back and available in white too. I always mix Cabosil with the 
expancell. It mixes better and spreads nicely.Roughly 4 to 1 by volume.

I did not use silver. I was told the urethane top coat had UV protection 
and so did the Hi Biuld.
