Hi Chris

Take a look at  http://pma.obtero.net/jul-00.html .  I cut off the ledge of
the cockpit module by mistake so I had to do mine a little differently.  I
made the floor pieces first, covered with bid and put in the rivnuts.  I
then attached it to the rudder pedal blocks and spot glued it in place and
then laid bid along the edges.
