The gap on A036 at full stbd. deflection is about 1-1/8"--also rather
unsightly!  However, I don't see how I could have gotten full port
deflection with any less.  Bob, how did you manage to end up with a
mere 5/8"?

sorry. It's good to see someone is still building !!!!!
My measurement by eye is generally 5/8ths inch. However, beware, your set up
may vary to mine. I've just noticed the date of your request ,I guess you
are way past needing this info. but nothing ventured nothing gained !
