Hi,

Plastic/ nylon fuel fittings are a bad idea. There is always a risk that the
plastic may harden and crack due to additives in the fuel (the same applies
to plastic/PVC fuel lines, which are incidentally now severely frowned on
by the PFA - possibly banned even !!!). And the last place you want fuel
leaks are in the cockpit - you never get rid of the smell once fuel gets on
the carpets !

The only answer is metal (copper is OK - I think !! - you could use small
bore central heating tube which is easy to bend - if you dont have a proper
bending tool. fill the tube with sand before bending it).

We needed a number of elbows/ tees for our fuel lines and found these at a
hose/ hydraulics specialist - made from brass.

If you dont have any luck let me know and I will see what I can find.
