Is it just me .... how does the simplest line in the manual turn out to be
such a bugger to do in real life when your working with that lovely resin
and glass mixture.
I have been doing my flap closeouts this weekend and the sentence in the
manual that gave me most trouble was ....
"Slit the cloth where slot is to allow the hinge plate through."
After doing near perfect 2 ply layup, I then set about slitting the wetted
out cloth with a brand new model knife....with near disasterous results to
the layup.
This happened not just once but twice (root and tip)...any tips before I set
about the other flap.
