Nylon high pressure tube is fine, you can even make flared joints to AN
fittings if necessary. It's sold by compressed air specialists, also truck
maintenance people.

It's one of those things that are nice when you stop. Seriously though, the
buzz you get when your airplane flies for the first time is amazing. Makes
it all worth while. BTW let someone current on type do it. Nothing worse
than being up there in a strange bird, wondering how the heck you get down
again.
