We chose to run plastic conduit out to the pitot/static head to contain
the plastic tubing provided, allowing us to use the supplied connectors
and the ability to replace the tubing periodically (if or when necessary).
The conduit we used is black PVC pipe from the local building
supply, the stuff used for drip sprinkler systems. Staying with the
supplied grommets would make replacing the tubing difficult.
