This is the voice of experience talking. ;-)
In my experience, the longer the better. I prefer the big heavy
metal scissors (as opposed to something like the Fiskars with
the
light blades and plastic handles). And they will need to be
sharpened
pretty regularly. Fiberglass doesn't do the edge much good.
