The temperature would be the same, metal seems hotter because of the high
thermal conductivity, when you touch it the heat flows quickly into your
skin. With composites the heat is carried away by the skin quicker than it
flows in, so you don't heat up. 

If post curing is done soon after initial cure, warping is likely because
the resin will soften much more. After a year or 2 the resin will be almost
completely cured and won't warp. Neither will it gain maximum achieveable
strength.
