<< the seat belt bolt is under the pulley but the pulley spacers prevent a conflict with the seat belt bolt head.>> Yes, that true for the tunnel side - but as I discovered the actual seat belt plate the other side will not lay flat as it fouls the rudder pulley bolt head so I had to use wide AN970-4 washers - appropriately cut one side, to act as spacers on the seat side.
