Your obviously not aware of the fact that computers, or their associated
software, do not understand human abuse in any form! I've tried it and
it doesn't work, you have to give them commands in a well defined
structure.
Try the sending a mail message to:
'europa-request@ayla.avnet.co.uk'
The mail message should contain the words:
'unsubscribe europa'
Make sure you type them in LOWER CASE characters, UNIX boxes are case
sensitive.
