Fuel drains, fuselage structure

A couple of questions for the club:
A knowledgeable friend of mine suggested that a fuel drain is a very good
thing, and I am wondering if either Europa are designing one, or if there is
a simple way of fixing one up. I am not too thrilled at the idea of an open
hole in the bottom of the fuselage. If one was fitted, could it be reached
by a long arm around and behind the wheel? After draining, just take off
overalls, wipe of cow manure and go.....

The fuselage is made of a foam sandwiched by cloth and resin. There are
gaps between the patches of foam, towards the tail these gaps get up to
15mm. The gaps appear to be hollow. Has anyone found it necessary to
either inject resin into these gaps, or to layup on the inside as a bridge
over these gaps? Or is this a case of overkill, its plenty strong enough
just leave it alone etc?

Going to the UK in late May, anyone know of a flying europa in Wiltshire or
Glos? I haven't even sat in one yet!
