I have been corresponding with Andy Draper about fuel drains. They are
mandatory for all NZ homebuilts.
Andy has designed a fitting that will go into the existing fuel tank in
order to allow a fuel drain to be fitted. He is getting a prototype made
and tried out. The intention is to make it available either as an option
or as a blueprint.
