HELP! At the rate at which I am mixing ( 15 mins per 7g ) and applying filler
(
30 mins ) it will take 320 hours to mix and apply the total amount of filler
supplied by the factory. Plus all the other messing about. There must be an
easier way. Has anyone any ideas?
For example, a better way of mixing ( Kenwood mixer with a dough hook? ) or
applying ( depositing as crumbs and pressing down?)
I should add that I am using a very dry mix and do not want to depart from this.
How long did others spend on this?
