I did the LAA Rotax maintenance course ran by Kevin, apart from being slightly
disorganised in terms of hand outs and course notes he proved to have a very
broad
knowledge on Rotax. I subsequently had Kevin fit both a water and oil stat
to G-IPOD, both of which greatly improved the cold weather operation of the
aircraft.
I am due a carb check soon and will be asking Kevin to do that a general
inspection/service
and also cast an eye over the entire installation for the permit
renewal.
