Thanks, Gary. We get regulated quite tightly by our beloved (!) PFA in the UK and they can invalidate our Permit to Fly if we do a modification without their approval, although I do take your point.

I drilled a hole and installed an M5 countersunk screw through the adjustable vane. I glued together the remains of the original knurled wheel/collar and an M5 tapped disc. Works fine. Willie Harriso
