Bob, If you're not already doing so, you might dust the tube, then slightly inflate it, before installing in the tire. Just enough to get the creases out. Works like a charm on bikes and trailer tire
Richard. Massive orange peel is usually attributed to thick paint. Try thinning it out more and let us know how it worked out. You might also consider a retarder, if the weather is hot and humid... J
