You should check with racing beat they sell aluminum end plates and center 
section I was quoted $1800 each, $5400 plus about $3500 to rebuild a motor 
is $8900 then there is the cost of a prsu about $3000. $11900 is alot of 
money and it will still weigh 300lbs. still heavy for a Europa. I do believe 
the 13B is a good aircraft engine just not for the Europa. There are several 
people who have these engines in RV's and that seems to be a good match.
