Who considers the Mazda too heavy?  The usual complaint about the Mazda is
that it doesn't have a very good fuel economy, but Graham G?, a RV-6 owner
powered by a 13B says that he can get a good fuel economy by aggressively 
leaning the engine.

I suspect that the 13B can be leaned far more than a multicylinder engine
because you will not get the roughness that you get lean of peak.
