Most definitely yes as far as I am concerned. Maybe those with well over a
1000 hours will be happy to continue with the old wheel. To illustrate the
point Peter Kember who has just on 1000 hours (over 200 on the Europa), test
flew our plane with the new tailwheel and was so impressed with the
improvement that he went straight home and fitted his new wheel.
