Hi Steve

Funny you should mention that - I recently wrote to David Stanbridge highlig
hting exactly that - over 6 months waiting for parts that largely ended up c
oming from LAS via Europa and the post marks indicated they had been ordered
and arrived with Europa days before they were sent to me (at the end of the
6 month wait). They hadn=99t even bothered to remove the LAS packagi
ng.

The response I got from David was.....no response, despite me making clear t
hat this experience was the last straw for me and that I would (in the absen
ce of any action) highlight to other Europa users that there appears to be n
o =98reward=99 for remaining loyal to Europa with its margin add
ed on to LAS prices. For example, I want to buy spare hydraulic shocks for m
y mono - no answer after about 9 months and the simple answer appears to be t
hat they are simply not available but Europa won=99t state that public
ly.

So, buyer beware. You might be lucky and the part might be in stock with Eu
ropa and might be shipped soon ish. But if you have an urgent need and the p
art is available elsewhere, I know what I will be doing in future.
