Hi Marcel,
It looks like the air can go around the coolers. Here is a photo of how we use
aluminum tape, rubber and weatherstripping to seal the gaps so the air has to
go through the radiators. That might be your first step. It does not require
fiberglass work and is easy to do.
It is hard to tell from your photo, but if the builder did not smooth the cowl
entrance to the coolers, the air coming in will be disturbed, so that is another
item to check.
We also recently added a cowl flap, copied from Erich Trombley, which has
reduced
cooling drag.
