Hi Tony,
Two actuators have been specified over the years. Early Tri-gears used
"Motion Systems" type 85615, but once the company discovered they were
being used in aircraft, declined to supply any more. They are still
being manufactured and design data can be found here:

Europa then sourced its actuators from the German "Baumeister" company:

The model you need is the 120se - datasheet attached.
The earlier Motion Systems actuators were much faster in operation -
which could be a benefit in getting the flaps deployed quickly, though
there were isolated reports of the carbon brush assemblies failing.
