How is the GPS Reception into the Ipad?
I found mounting the Ipad similar to yours, that the GPS reception was poor.
To get over the poor reception I had to use a bluetooth GPS receiver.
Another problem I had was powering the Ipad. The plug into the 12V power
outlet
(cigarette lighter socket) Different units produced static interference over
the head set. I could not find one that did not cause a problem. I would be
interested in knowing how you have got over the problem and what interface you
used for powering your Ipad.
Your work looks very neat. Any information you may want to share would be
very
gratefully receve.
