I believe a mod exists to fit a sender with a screw top fitting to allow dipping
of the tank. Still not a good option if you over fill the tank!
My solution the same problem is to fit a sight gauge (tube) Fitted beside and
low
down the filler neck. The plastic sight tube being as short as possible the
rest being aliminum tube. This should make replacing the tube easy the rest is
fit and forget. When you come to fill up with fuel you will know how much you
have and how much to put in. A problem with Europa's not to be underestimated.
It will not be of much use if you are very low on fuel but as I have a fuel
flow indicator and virtual tank this can be calculated with ease with a margin
of extra fuel for safety.
