Subject: Europa-List: Piano hinge for cowling
I have the Canadian cowling for the Jabiru engine and was wanting to use Pi
ano hinge for the side. =C2-I put the two pieces together and cleoed the
hinge in place then glassed it in. =C2-After all four pieces dried I had
a hell of a time to get the two cowl to come together. =C2-
What did I do wrong. =C2-I'm thinking that I'm going to have cut the two
hinges in the top cowl out and re-applied glass to them once I have the cow
l back in place. =C2-
