Hi Carl,
AGM is 16:00 ish and BBQ is around 18:00 to 19:00 depending on the length of
the AGM. Should be plenty of time after the BBQ to get back to Bicester.
Weather looks great. Sue and I and several others will be staying over
night so look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
