You need to remove the paint. If you put filler over the paint, the "bond"
will be filler to paint, instead of filler to filler.

60 minute hardener (yellow/brown)
30 minute hardener (red)

Aeropoxy light
JB weld KWIK
Gray gelcoat
White gelcoat
Fiberglass
Anyway I was thinking about trying out some flat black spray guide coat-
purchased from Eastwood.
Question is after you apply it and sand most of it off, the black will be l
eft behind to show low spots, do I need to sand off black in low spots and
fill, or can I fill over black painted spot? perhaps scuff sand with scotch
bright?
