These are the molex connectors I wrote about. I would use the 6-pin
versions for this purpose. 3 pins for the strobe, one for the shield,
and the two others for the nav lights. You could of course combine the
shield with the minus of the position lights, saving one pin, but this
might create radio interference. It is better not to share anything with
the strobe system.
