just use a 6 inch length of draft proofing foam, it's called a Gurney 
flap. Decide which aileron needs to be deflected up, put the foam under 
the trailing edge and test fly. If that isn't enough add a few more 
inches. You don't need the ugliness and inconvenience of a bit ao bent 
aluminum.
