Please remember this measure was fact only in my case.
There are slight variations because of many reasons like tire type and pressure,
planes weight etc.
Anyway I assume it sould be in EVERY case between 265-315 mm (= 10,43 - 12,40 
").

Thank you very much Raimo...I'm working on a fuselage/wing fillet and 
have been uncertain as to how much of it becomes part of the wing, part 
of the flap, and part of the fuselage. Ground clearance w/ flaps 
deployed is an important factor.
