Depending on how your material has been stored it may be very well
acceptable even though it is out of date.  Make a lap shear test coupon out
of fiberglass layups of the same thickness or strength you are going to use
the  resin on the aircraft and do a pull test.  If the  fiberglass breaks
before the  bond you can reasonably be assured that your adhesive is still
suitable.
