Hi Andrew,
Don't waste time looking for the ends of the glass plies........
Take the first ply of your rib / spar lay up into the radius of the stack of
alloy plates [ make this one the long one on the spar].
The second ply, the next shorter on the spar, should be 1/2'' [ 13mm in
foriegn] shorter than the first, at the stack end.
The third ply, [ the shortest onto the spar] should be 1/2'' shorter again at
the stack end.
Ensure you scuff into the radius with 80 grit, if the peel ply didn't go as
far as that.
