Dear Mr. Wilson,
Recent postings on the Europa-matronics webchat are deteriorating into chaos
and a noted lack of civility in the absence of a definitive statement from
Europa management on the current status and future of the company.
Silence risks both the value of the Europa brand as well as the good will of
over a thousand customers. All is not lost...yet.
Now is not the time for heads to be inserted in the sand. We live in the
information age...provide some!
Whatever the challenges facing the company, its management, or you
personally, kindly issue a comprehensive statement...including whatever
uncertainties there may be in the present moment...so that the Europa
community can assess their impact and adjust to reality.
Certainly this would be the right (and prudent) thing to do.
