No problem with mine as the book says. Have you got the hinges closing the
right way and well coutersunk for the countersunk screws?

Just been fittin the doors and their hinges this evening. Cant quite see why
the side attached to the door is attached with countersunk screws and the
side attached to the fuselage with AN 525-10R10 dome headed screws. It seems
the door becomes hinge bound as it closes as the head of the AN525 is too
proud of the hinge. Anyone had similar experience or (as I'm thinking of
doing) replacing them with countersunk versions.
