I'm happy to announce the replacement tank has arrived, 3 days after I 
discovered the flaw in the original tank UPS was knocking on my door. Kudo's 
to John Hurst in Forida and Andy Draper in the UK for the excellent support!

Special note to Andy, I've cut out the portion of the tank out that contains 
the flaw and am forwarding it to you. Definately a manufacturing flaw.
