I suppose this can go in either wing? I have closed the Stbd but not the
port. Kevin

Hi ,
Regarding the stall warner kit...
There are 2 versions, for those of you yet to close your XS wings, kit 61A
is the one to use.
The probe is installed through the spar, just outboard of the W13 aileron
belcrank, and the port is directly ahead of that, at the leading edge. Very
simple, very easy to do.
For those who have closed their XS wings, or have a Classic, we have a
cunning plan........kit 61B....
We supply a 1/2'' steel tube, 32'' long, which with the instructions
enclosed, the builder cuts to form a long hole saw. This hole saw will cut
through the rib that is between the root rib and the port position [ on the
XS ] or core the blue foam in the classic wing.
This hole saw then becomes the means by which the pneumatic line is threaded
---From the root rib to the L/E port, cunning eh?
The port can not be any closer to the fuselage than the position shown in
kit 61B, [BL52 ], as prop wash will effect the the airflow over the wing.
Been there, done that, where is my T shirt ?
The buzzer is a very annoying shrill tone that will wake up even those of
you who fly in a deep sleep ! There is enough switching capacity in the
pressure switch to operate a light as well, for those of you who want an
'idiot light'' as well as the buzzer.
Cheers,
Nev.

Builder 371. I have put my XS wing skins on and wings are complete. Is it
possible to drill up behind the leading edge from the root rib to the point
where the stall warn is situated. (Long drill!). What is the construction
of the wing forward of the spar?
Does it have to be 30" out board?. How many ribs are there to get through?
Thanks
