I just measured mine and the distance I have is 71mm. Unfortunately this is
exactly the same as the distance from the bulkhead to the face of my
starboard wing spar as the factory supplied me with slightly oversize spars.
Looks like I may have another wheel to re-invent!

Like you, I have not rigged my wings yet. (the weather in the Grate
Northwest is not dry enough for this old man to work outside yet) But I did
measure the distance from the head of the bolt in WS08 to the bulkhead. I
have 73mm. I thing that will give me about 10mm clearance when the wing
spars are rigged.
Just thought you might like to know.
