This is all true, it is easy, but when you're answering more than 100 emails
a day, you tend to go into autopilot mode... hit reply... bang the keys...
hit send... whoops... I didn't mean to do that...

p.s. I just checked two email programs (Elm & Pine) and they don't show the
original sender unless you go digging into the headers.
