Page 9-5 of the manual has a table of coordinates for the flap setting
template. In my manual (page is dated October 1999), the entries at 10mm
spacing for the first 60mm of the leading edge are 0, 22, 29, 34.5, 39 and
43mm. A template constructed to this table is a poor fit at the leading
edge with a maximum gap between wing surface and template of a good 5mm. I
recall reading somewhere that the XS leading edge chord is finer and suspect
that the table still refers to the classic wing.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
